Load Balancers should have Access Logs enabled

Description

Verify that the Elastic Load Balancers (ELBs) are created with the access logs enabled.

Remediation

1. Open EC2 dashboard at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.

2. In the left navigation panel, under Load Balancing, click Load Balancers.

3. Select an Elastic Load Balancer to evaluate.

4. From the bottom panel, select the Description tab and verify the Access Logs status is Enabled. If Disabled, it should be changed to Enabled.

5. Select 'Edit attributes' and select 'Enabled' for Access Logs.

6. Choose an S3 location and click save.
