How do I access the Lacework Support portal?
To submit a ticket on the Lacework support portal, you must have an account. If you do not have an account, please reach out to your CSM or TSM to request access.
I contacted support before, how can I get a password?
If you contacted Lacework support before, you should already have an account. Please use the following reset password steps to generate a password.
How can I reset my password?
- Visit the Lacework support portal.
- Click sign-in located at the top right.
- Select forgot password and enter your email.
- A password reset link should be emailed to you.
How do I use the portal once I'm logged in?
After you log in, you should see your username in the top right corner.
Click My activities to see the tickets that you have filed or copied on.
To raise a new support case, click Submit a request.
When logging in I get an error
When logging in, this error message appears: lacework.zendesk.com refused to connect.

This is a Zendesk error because of third-party cookies. Refer to Zendesk help.
